“Our SUV was totaled in a one car accident at the horrible construction set up on the PA turnpike, (Exit 13) while heading back to Cleveland. Tow-Tegrity showed up in no time at all. My husband and I were in shock because of hitting the concrete walls several times due to hydroplaning. The TT driver was so nice, helpful and polite. I wish I knew his name. He treated us with such compassion. The next day we went to the facility where our car was to gather our belongings from the vehicle and Michelle, who works at the front desk, was SO NICE and helpful also. She went out of her way to help us. She pulled information off the computer to help us look for another vehicle. And treated us with such wonderful kindness!!! She is DEFINiTELY an asset to that business!!! Also the staff there were so polite. Keep up the good work Tow-Tegrity!!! We're going to try our hardest to stay away from the PA turnpike in the future because it was the fault of our terrible accident and loss!!!”

“I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

“They were who showed up to tow my van off when it got totaled in an accident. They were kind and helpful, gave me time to get things I needed out of the van and let my daughter sit in the tow truck to get out of the rain. They made the insurance company wait half a day so I could get down to the wrecker yard to get the rest of my stuff out of the van. I've never had anyone who didn't know me stand up to the insurance company for me before. They even offered to help me gather my stuff up, and gave me the name of a trustworthy local rebuilder, which I had been looking for for years. Having somebody plow into your car at a stop light is never a good thing. But Mr. Sullivan turned a disaster into a case of every cloud having a silver lining.”
