“I wanted to leave a 2 to 3 stars, but I can't. I brought my truck here for an alignment after I leveled it. They told me over the phone about bringing out a torch and I was worried since there are cam bolts for adjustment. I got my truck back and it pulled to the right something fierce and I had to counter steer. I called them on the following Monday and voiced my concerns. They asked me to bring it on Saturday. So I they took my truck for a couple hours. They took care of everything free of charge, and they told me it was out and it was their mistake and everything is green. So I drove home and everything is straight and no more counter steering.
They warrant their work and own up to anything wrong. This is a Great Quality in themselves that just doesn't exist much anymore with business. I will absolutely come back to these guys.”

Timing, coil packs sensors you name it! I first took my vehicle to A different auto shop and they were completely unable to do anything more than my oil change and inspection…..?
But then I called Route 100 euros and the owner and employees were knowledgeable and open with any problems that needed fixed , so much transparency it was really comforting as a single mom to know how helpful and kind and timely they were with my car! WONDERFUl experience!
