“They were kind and informative. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. My 1 issue and it is NOT the service department. Sales keep contracting me but never respond back, when I text them. Love the service department”
“I Have a 2016 Jetta that came into multiple problems all at once!
Timing, coil packs sensors you name it! I first took my vehicle to A different auto shop and they were completely unable to do anything more than my oil change and inspection…..?
But then I called Route 100 euros and the owner and employees were knowledgeable and open with any problems that needed fixed , so much transparency it was really comforting as a single mom to know how helpful and kind and timely they were with my car! WONDERFUl experience!
I’ve had my car back now for two weeks and I must say the drive is better than When I originally bought the car and now I will have many more trips! And if I come in any other issues Mike and his fellas will be who I call! Great guys!!!!!”
“Listen. It’s not a grade A garage but real nice people work here. The parts are usually cheaper through Walmart. The technicians working here were all great to me, honest, and professional.”

“We have had to come here twice and both times they told us to just come on over for an evaluation and were able to fix minor things (side mirror and impacted snow in the undercarriage) on the spot. They are so kind, beyond fair and reasonable! Highly recommend!!!”
