“To make a long story short, I had an urgent issue with my cat that left me needing a very specific food that no stores had near me. After calling four other stores, I finally ended up on the phone with the Stowe Petco about an hour before they closed and was told they could help! I rushed over and you would never have guessed that the store was closing in 30 minutes with the level of care, compassion, and guidance I was provided. If the rest of the staff are even half as charming and knowledgeable as Heather I might consider driving the extra distance to make this my go-to pet store!”

“Good store with lots of different products. So many items crowded into a smallish space. But buyer beware. You get a surcharge of 3 1/2% if you pay with a credit card. And they don’t tell you that. You don’t find out until you get your receipt. My purchase was smaller so it wasn’t a huge deal, but if I shop here again I will definitely be paying with cash.”

“I am also a local small business and I will always shop small when possible. This place is absolutely adorable! I love the homemade treats here, I have a dog that's allergic to chicken and chicken is in everything in a traditional pet store, if it says natural flavor, 98% of the time it's chicken. I know exactly what I'm getting here and can choose from a wide variety of treats.i do think the homemade treats are a bit expensive, I get that they're homemade but just food for thought.. the employees here are very welcoming and warm, the shop is always clean and everything is nicely presented. I highly recommend stopping here to get some homemade treats for your pup.”
