“I am also a local small business and I will always shop small when possible. This place is absolutely adorable! I love the homemade treats here, I have a dog that's allergic to chicken and chicken is in everything in a traditional pet store, if it says natural flavor, 98% of the time it's chicken. I know exactly what I'm getting here and can choose from a wide variety of treats.i do think the homemade treats are a bit expensive, I get that they're homemade but just food for thought.. the employees here are very welcoming and warm, the shop is always clean and everything is nicely presented. I highly recommend stopping here to get some homemade treats for your pup.”
“Amazing rescue group that truly cares about all their orphans. They want the best for every animal and it show's. I have adopted 2 akita's from them and they even follow up to check on the animals which means a lot. Highly recommend !”
“I had never been to this Petco location before but I'm extremely glad I decided to get my sheltie groomed here! Autumn the groomer was extremely patient with my high strung dog. While I was waiting I did some browsing for a lead and a sales associate named Kai came to me immediately to offer assistance. Needless to say the employees are super friendly and do an amazing job grooming! I will be returning :)”
“The Pottstown Roller Mills is the greatest! The woman during the day (I believe her name is Lori), is very helpful in ordering special food diet for my chickens.
I have always had a positive interaction with the staff….from loading my truck with mulch to getting the items for my farm.

“One of my Favorites to Shop for Food and other things (Plants, Flowers, foods from around the world, etc. Always something to get . I love the food prices... Sometimes its much lower than the food stores.... Fruits and vegetables are fresh .. Breakfast Pizza is something I like to pick up for our Saturday breakfast . All you need is to heat it up...”

“Good store with lots of different products. So many items crowded into a smallish space. But buyer beware. You get a surcharge of 3 1/2% if you pay with a credit card. And they don’t tell you that. You don’t find out until you get your receipt. My purchase was smaller so it wasn’t a huge deal, but if I shop here again I will definitely be paying with cash.”

“Ever since I got my puppy, this location has been our one stop shop for her! The vets are sweet and her groomers do great work (even gave me tips on maintaining her hair at home) and the staff who she loves to say hi to as we shop, I can't imagine going anywhere else.”
