“While traveling through PA from VA to Chicago my car overheated in Breezewood, PA. None of the local garages would look at it until several days later. However, the Bedford Ford Dealership took my car (a 2005 Ford Thunderbird, anniversary edition) right in, diagnosed the problem, accessed parts and had me back on the road the following day. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. In addition, my Service Representative, Brianna, was an exceptionally nice person and kept me appraised of the progress of the repair. They also provided a courtesy ride back to my hotel and picked me up the following day. What a great business!”
“I had a pleasant experience with the Service Department. I was passing through Bedford and had a slow leak in one of the tires of my Nissan Murano. There were no other cars waiting so they checked mine immediately. They disgnosed the problem but could not fix it since they did not have the part. “Tom gives straightforward pricing and does a great job diagnosing the issue to avoid unnecessary work/charges. I brought my Jeep in there with a Super wobbly wheel. I swore my alignment system was completely broken or even a bent frame or something. It ended up just being missing/loose bolts. He replaced the bolts and tighten it down and the problem was fixed and saved me from ruining tires.”
