Had a recall issue that was scheduled later in the day. Service took longer than expected so rather than have me wait they gave me a vehicle for the night. Finished the service the next day and delivered my vehicle and picked theirs up. That’s why I go to Bedford Ford !!! Never had a bad experience with them.
