“Total of 2 1/2 hours overall( for a partial load.) About 1/3 of the 53ft reefer trailer. When I arrived exactly on time they did not have a door for me just right at first directed me to a staging area but....that was only 10 to 15 minutes there to get a door, thank goodness. Once into a door and unhooked it took about 1hr and 15-20 minutes for the red light to come on for them to begin the partial trailer unloading( like 10 pallets). Once they begin they got that product off of there in like 20 or 25 minutes then....then begin waiting about....20 or 25 minutes after that for a text to come towards the office to get my BOL/ my trailer control record. Once got back through the security gate for the guard to look inside back of my trailer was altogether 2 1/2 hrs start to finish. Not bad timing or efficiency for this facility. Actually it was pretty good efficiency and motivation for today. Good attitude and pretty good service, happy faces today.”
