They always work with my husband and I's schedule, and they go above and beyond with their service.For example, a day before I was scheduled to get my car inspected, my oil light came on. I didn't want to be rude and add an extra service a day before the appointment when we only scheduled for an inspection, so I was just going to schedule a separate time to get my oil changed. During my inspection, Grumpy called and offered to change my oil. I was so appreciative!!!!I will always recommend Grumpys.”

We had them use a vinyl material instead of leather (to save some money) and you can't even really tell a difference between the 2. They not only replaced the damaged panels - they also built the foam underneath back up. They did an awesome job at a very fair price. “I had an excellent Service Experience today at Macintyre in Lock Haven PA. I was having difficulty getting a competent Privately owned car repair shop to FIX the problem I was having with my GM Car. Most of them were guessing WRONG doing repairs that didn't have to be done, and NOT fixing the problem I reported to them. They OVER Charge, didn't ask for approval of an amount$ BEFORE they go ahead and CHARGED ME. So I called Macintyre for an appointment, brought it to their service department. No guess work they determined what the problem was, had the Wheel Bearing It needed in stock, quoted me a FIRM price and installed it.12 month, 12000 mile warranty and charged me LESS than an independent car repair shop that didn't know what they were doing. In the future I will call them when I need service.Great job by their staff and a fair price for the service.”
