From I-80 take exit 53 onto Highway 64/Nittany Valley Dr and go north towards the place so you can driver side back onto their property to the dock. See the picture to see where the dock is.
When leaving, taking Hogan Blvd to Mill Hall Rd to US 220 is fine.”
