“As a student, taking my car to the shop for my check engine light had me on edge to begin with. Once I was told the multiple reasons why my light was on(way more than what I was expecting), I was made a working problem list for things that I didn't even get serviced today. Also, while I was in the waiting room, someone came out to me to tell me that things were taking longer than expected, and suggested that I grabbed something to eat. With the holidays approaching, and money really tight, I appreciate them just working on the issue that I came there for, rather than pressuring me to get everything done at once. Very nice employees, who even charged my dead phone for me to use my gps home. As someone who suffers from anxiety, these little gestures of hospitality kept me from having a panic attack. They even brought to my attention that I had an old PA tag on my window (I'm an Ohio resident), and peeled it off for me. I have definitely become a returning customer after today. Thank you so much again!”
“Cameron was great! He helped to repair my car on short notice after hitting roadkill, and discussed what I would need at my upcoming inspection. As a person on a tight budget it was appreciated to know ahead of time! While my car was being repaired they also completed my (overdue lol) oil change. Great price, really good service, cannot recommend them enough ?”
