“Brendan was awesome. Called in the morning and explained my issue. He instructed me to ask for him directly, I came into the store a few hrs later. I had a phone hat powered up but the screen didn't display. Asked him if he could retrieve my contacts and transfer to the new phone and 20 minutes later I was outta there with a new phone and completely satisfied. Great professional and would recommend this store and salesman to anyone. Thank you sir!!!

“My experience at The At&t store in Brentwood plaza was an exquisite experience delivered to me by Sales Associate Leigha i came in to switch carrier but Leigha informed me i have a free upgrade on my service I was unware of i ended up getting a massive upgrade from s21 to a S24 ultra Leigha was patient and courteous resembling that of a 1st grade teacher she went above and beyond without a doubt she is a asset to the company and i returned my old device to Abby who replicated my experience. i will refer my friends and colleagues to this branch of AT&t.”
“It's taken me a few weeks to write this review because I was waiting to get our bill for cell service and Internet before I posted anything.
I was in disbelief that someone at AT&T cared enough about us to find us the best deal and to save us money every month. Well - we received the bills and it's true.
We went to the Waterfront store to get a new phone for my husband.
We were greeted warmly by Makaila. She was fantastic.
She went into the back room with all of our information and came back out with a huge smile on her face. She went into detail about how she can save us money on our phone bill, which has eight lines, and introduced us to AT&T's Internet service, which is now available in our area.
I would 100% recommend anybody goes to that store. In addition to her, the manager Mike kept in touch with my husband via text message to make sure that our Internet set up went smoothly.”
“Great place - didn't know there was an AT&T store here in Squirrel Hill. Was really glad with their service - my parents are visiting Pittsburgh for a month (from Malaysia) and they were able to set him up with a new SIM card (on his phone from Malaysia) and it was instantly hooked up to the network and just simply added onto my pre-existing family plan. They also told me AT&T does internet and cable now - might have to compare prices between them and Xfinity. Ben and Shem were of great help - friendly, pleasant staff members!”

“We have been with ATT for many years dating back to when it was called Cingular. We tried other carriers prior, but at that time were charged roaming in areas ATT did not. Flash forward to today, we have service at our camp where many neighbors struggle to get signal with the competition. For us there is no shopping around. We have a reliable service that we are very pleased with. I am glad they are once again offering free phone (or minimal charge) upgrades with a contract to avoid paying full price for a new phone. This was costly and a hardship at times and should not have been necessary for loyal, long standing customers.
I gave them four stars because recognizing customers longevity is an area needing improvement.”

“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”
“I lost my phone in an unfortunate accident this week. I visited the T-Mobile store on June 5, 2024 at 9 AM. The two women there working were so incredibly helpful and kind and totally turned my whole day around. They promptly helped me and expeditiously completed my purchase and set up. I don’t know what I would have done without them.”
