“So far so good on my experience with the ATT store at the Mall at Robinson and Chi, the store manager. I’m just eager to make sure everything works out as promised as what I’m seeing my new monthly estimate is NOT what was shown when I went through the exact same process online. I’m a FedEx employee, and as a FDX employee, I’m to get 22% off each lines monthly access. Right now, the only discount I see when I login is my autopay and paperless discount of $10/line…no mention anywhere of a FDX discount. Additionally, we came from VZW solely to save with this discount and cut our bill and half while also having ATT cover the up to $800 per phone still owed to VZW (2 of the three phone lines coming over) and then trade in the one owned (the third line coming over) and use that trade in towards a new Pixel 10 XL. Chi stated all this would come eventually over time via informational emails and I truly hope that’s the case, but I do also think I’ll be making a trip to the store to fix this FDX discount thing because I didn’t leave VZW to pay the same amount for the same nonsense.”
“I highly recommend this store! We went to this store to ask for assistance in solving the issue with porting my neighbor's Consumer Cellular line over to AT&T and then going to the Apple Store to purchase a phone and watch. Apple had issues even though we had the transfer Pin and was of little help in helping - they told us to call Consumer Cellular. Consumer Cellular told us everything was fine on their end and to call AT&T. AT&T was no help on the phone. We were getting the run around from everyone. We went into the this AT&T store and the manager Paul was very helpful, patient and determined to fix the porting issue for us. He spent over an hour on the phone with different people at AT&T determined to solve it for us. He clearly went above and beyond. We were so impressed we bought the phone and watch for my neighbor from his store. I'll be back when I need a new one as well. Jo Jo was patient in setting up the tech for my elderly neighbor and making recommendations so it was more user friendly for her since she is new to Apple. Thank you Paul and Jo Jo - you have got a customer for life!”

After days of getting wrong information from 3 different at&t employees, Nate went above and beyond to make sure I was given right information. It’s evident that he cares about his job, is very knowledgable in the industry, and he seriously deserves a promotion. He’s a huge asset to the company, and I am very thankful for his help!”

“My phone wasn't making calls so I went to see if they could fix it. They did everything they could think of to fix my phone, but I needed a new one. I appreciate that they didn't immediately try to up-sell me, but rather tried to fix my problem cheaply first. I ended up with the same phone I had and it wasn't too expensive. Plus, they gave me a free case for the trouble. Shout out to Bobby (Reg. Man.) and Yaser for helping me out as best they could. I'll be back for the next phone. 5 stars!!”

“The Indian gentleman employed there is truly the most amazing person I have ever encountered. Having been in my wheelchair for much of my life, I've never experienced the kindness he has shown me. I felt a level of compassion from him that I haven't found in others. He assisted me with my inquiries and guided me on how to use my phone. He also refuses to accept tips, saying that it’s just not his style. What a wonderful person; we definitely need more individuals like this young man. May he be blessed.”

“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Bc of Michelle! I wasn't sure what I was going to do I need a new phone and service and at a very reasonable price a guy on a tight budget price.
I'm outside looking at the signs in the window and about to go into Metro when Michelle appears like a goddess out of nowhere and asked me if I needed help and I told her I needed a phone and service ASAP on a poor man salary.
She's like I can hook you up get you going out the door at a price that was very right.
I just can't compliment her enough and I'm not just saying this because she's beautiful. But she is haha. That always helps with sales right?!
I was in and out in less than a half hour all hooked up exactly what I needed did not try and upsell just gave me exactly what I needed easy peasy.
And then she told me that this is her last week she's getting a new job and I'm like damn that sucks for me anyways but congratulations.
She's been there 10 years and is not getting paid properly.
All I can say is cricket you're making a huge mistake and losing a superstar employee it's hard to find great help like her she's fast knowledgeable very customer service oriented I mean she's like a pro at that job I never dealt with anyone that good at that job. Cricket you should do yourself a favor and pay her, and beg her to stay you will not get anyone better. And I wish she would stay so when I need help I could see her again. Thank you so much again Michelle for making my day!
