“Called in to grab the new titanium iphone 15 pro, they were unfortunately out of stock. I called back a few minutes later to order online and luckily Aaron had just received a shipment of new phones. I went right down to the store and met. Aaron, he helped me get my oldphone traded in and my new phone added to our plan. He helped me set it up, transfer my iCloud materials, as well as add a screen protector and a case. He even helped me get a 20% discount on my accessories because I bought 3. Here I am a few days later and i’m very happy with the phone. I will check in again in a few months regarding the trade in situation and how it turns out. Thanks Aaron!”

“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”

“After stopping at the Pittsburgh Mills store to upgrade my phone and dealing with one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with, (Travis I believe) had made it clear that he was not going to put any amount of effort into simply doing his job.I decided to take the ride to the Fox Chapel store in the Waterworks Plaza where I was greeted by Aiden who listened to what I wanted to do, looked into my account and explained what my options were. Even though it was time for Aiden to be done for the day he stayed and started the process of my upgrade. His coworker Will agreed that he would finish the upgrade so that Aiden wouldn’t have to stay. Kudos for the teamwork guys! Done, no issues, happy!It’s most often not the business as a whole that sucks, it’s the people working!”
