“We chose a storage unit to suit our needs and were very happy to find such a nice, organized, and clean facility so conveniently located near our home. The manager JP was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. We did however have a question about a promotion that could not be addressed in the office. We ultimately ended up speaking with a manager above JP that answered our question and resolved the situation, I appreciated that but I have to say I was surprised at what I was told by that manager. After he patiently waited while I told my story, in case any of our 4 messages left had not been clear, he asked if I was done? I said yes, I'm being quiet now. He said oh it's okay. I waited while you were rattling off about things... I was wishing the personable guy JP that manages the Gibsonia location would have been able to help us with our question because I don't think he would tell a customer that he was letting her "rattle off about things". I still give it 5 stars though because I am really happy about this location and the time JP took with us. I just hope I never have any reason to talk to anyone not physically at the location again.”
“I had to move out quickly. I looked up Storage Spaces. The very first person I spoke with was so kind and patient. Seeing that I had to do this move alone. Then I could not get my lock locked. So the next person I called, walked me through it. Super nice and patent. And down to the last day I spoke to cancel it. So nice and friendly. The place was clean. And once I figured out how to use m code, access was super easy. I will be sure to use this storage facility again.”

He was not only knowledgeable about the business, but the building as well. I not only felt I received a adequate space, but also a pleasurable experience. I'd highly recommend this building if you're in need for a secure building, decent pricing, an upfront sales person, and an incredible manager.”
“Highly recommend! Moved my stuff here between leases and found the front desk super helpful (Anna especially!) I was able to make use of the free truck for a seamless move. There is always parking and docks with lifts, which makes moving your stuff in and out a breeze. Clean facility, well light, with temperature regulation.”

“Brandy & Alexis are very friendy and helpful at the Bridgeville, PA location. The location is very clean and easy accessible. I rented this space because my Mother, a Senior, needs more storage. Her Senior Apt. Bldg has removed all of the storage in the building. I called (online) Extra Storage Space and was quoted a monthly price of $35.00 with a senior discount. I prepaid for 3 months.In May, the price went up to $70.00. Why? Seniors are on a limited income and 5 other Seniors have rented a space at the same location.Seniors should have a special locked in rate. I would have pre paid for a whole year @ $35.00 per month.The online Representatives gave different information than the Building Representatives.”

Even in circumstances that I found were in need of being addressed or resolved, she looked into the issue and kept me informed. She always has a smile and a kind hello when I pass by the office and I appreciate her! Dave, the maintenance person who keeps the building clean and organized is also very professional and courteous. They do a great job at this location!

“If you need some storage and even at the last-minute this place is a great option. I’m working for a company and needed last minute storage; I’m talking same day ordeal. The phone call took 15 minutes or maybe even less. I researched the closest facility and reached out. Super simple, not the longest wait and the woman on the phone was great with communication and explanation. Everything was squared away very quickly, and I was sent all the information on how to get started and when. The directions were simple, and I had everything done in no time at all. I was in and out. If you need some space, I’m sure they can find a good fit for you for a relatively good price. I believe I’ve gotten one of their smallest storage units, wonderful my needs and a great fix.”

The company draws you in by offering incentives and then BAM, they raise the rates. Started 4 years ago at $125 a month for the large unit, now I would be paying in May $272.00. Way to go Compass you are going to price yourself right out of business !!!”

“Javon was super helpful the whole way. He was great on the phone when I rented the unit. On the day we moved my mother's things in he was attentive and easy to communicate with. He helped me figure out how to reset the password on the combination lock I bought, walked me through using the loading docks to bring things in. Then when I came back needing a larger unit, he got that squared away for me without any problems. This has been an absolutely fantastic experience and I'm going to recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.
