I was directed to Brian and he was able to get me a rate 4.5% lower than Ford offered. “I walked in in the bank extremely upset with the thought that money had fraudulently been taken from my account. The bank teller Mona initiated conversation immediately at the service desk. As I began explaining my issue she took me to her desk. When she could not see/resolve the issue, she reached out to an associate from online services. Together they were able to satisfy my inquiry and provide me with the information to put me at ease. Mona was friendly, compassionate, and displayed the correct amount of empathy that showed she cared and considered my issue as her number one priority. “Now I have lived in Pennypack my whole, life TERRY AND Cheryl are always cheaper more than happy, go out of their way and are always in good moods and I always leave they're in great spirits after seeing, them and talking to them. Unfortunately I had to close my account and open up a new one at a different bank I don't want to. But I was kind of left with no option, whatever you do do not deal with trans union whatsoever, I don't know how they got my information but sometimes they're hitting my account up to three times in a month at $22.44 a pop they have been doing it forever now, had no problems when it was Pennypack credit union... I was basically told that there's nothing they can do that I'm basically up shits creek without a paddle, now all adds up to over 1500$ thAt IS ALOT OF MONEY!!!! Especially when you're getting hit up all the time without knowing it. I have no credit, nor do I have any credit cards so that right there says it all. When I call these people all they do is bounce me around and give me excuses and you can't understand a word they say because they're all foreigners, and when you asked them to speak clearer they just sound worse, then have the balls to ask me for my SS Number over the phone and then tell me well there's no way they can help me, so I ask HOW ON GODS GREEN EARTH DID THEY GET MY BANK INFO, let alone STEAL MY MONEY!!! They all have HORRID REVIEWS..... like I said I have no credit or a credit card yet they're telling me I had to do it, that's the only way. Which is a lie, do I feel like something could've been done further if yes I do, but I had to close my account, and now becoming a member at citizens.... like I said TERRY, Cheryl, Doug, holly, Are good people and really try but like I said every time I would go to the credit union I always leave with a smile on my face thank you for that ladies!!!!!”

“We were welcomed and greatly enjoyed the free Grand Illumination display for the holiday season. It was heartwarming to see families and people of all ages strolling the grounds to marvel at the free display of 200,000+ white lights plus colorful holiday displays.There was holiday music playing, with a nativity, menorah and a gazebo on the grounds. There is plenty of free parking plus a horse and sleigh display for group photos. We appreciate that American Heritage offers this free to the Philly community each year.”
