The staffs are helpful and friendly. We were there for a few hours since I had to download everything to my new phone. I didn't know it downloaded all the pictures from cloud 1 as well. Smh

Stopped in to upgrade to apple 15 iPhone , was assisted by a gentleman named Duffy who was extremely efficient and made the transition very pleasant. He was polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in the product. It’s very nice to see that customer service is still paramount with some corporations.

Augustine & Aaron were terrific! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We spent hours on the phone and got nowhere trying to activate 3 phones, but they took care of us quickly and with no problems. I highly recommend this store & these employees

I had to put down a deposit of 150.00, to be refunded after six on time payments. My due date was the 3rd but one month I paid on the 4th, and they said that I had to wait six more months. I joined Xfinity within the hour. Let them apply it to the bogus early out on the contract. Xfinity is so much better than Fios.

I went in to upgrade my husband's phone and was coerced to upgrading all 3 lines. I never unteded to upgrade. He also coerced me to change my plan so he could get more money. Then told us that we won't have to pay for activation charge or as they worded it "upgrade fee". Well i tried to call and I was told nothing is showing on the bill. So I texted verizon guy that I was dealing with and he never texted me back. My husband called and left a message as well. So tgen I contacted Verizon and was tild nothing was documented and tge charges were correct. Well seems to me all he was worried about was getting tge sales! Don't tell customers that they won't have a charge if you can not take care of that Charge that you said you would. This really makes me leave Verizon all together. I will not be returning to this location! A little shady to me.

Had an amazing amazing with Josh. My birthday was coming up and he got us great deals with my phone. He also found a deal for my mother and grandmother. 10/10 experience amazing!!

I was having so many issues with my phone and had gone through tech support, speaking to representatives etc... I finally went to this store near me and Ron Lukes fixed everything when no one else could!! He was so personable and went the extra mile for me. He even went over my bill and was able to decrease my monthly payment by at least $40!!! When I'm ready to get another phone it is definitely going to be with him!!! You have an amazing representative in him!

Ayana was great! Knowledgeable, patient and personable. No pressure, just facts. She took a lot of time with us to make sure we understood our options and associated costs. I would definitely go back to her in the future should other cell phone needs arise.

Went to make a purchase, it was busy so being g unable to stand long I told my husband we should go to a different store.As I was leaving a guy worker rudely said, "it's only bin 7 minutes ".I1 I was having a personal conversation with my husband.2 If he felt the need to speak he could have said it would o ly be a few minutes more.After I left my husband told me last time he was here they were rude to him.Lost a big purchase today.I took my business to another store.

So our sales rep Paolo was amazing!!!! 10 stars if I could. This guy helped us get our phones and best deals all around quick and simple. Then today I had an issue with my screen protector and without hesitation he told me to come in and changed it out for me. This man needs a raise ASAP! VERIZON NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR A+ EMPLOYEES

Troy was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company. I have been a long time Verizon customer and he is by far the best person I have had the pleasure of working with. He addressed all of my needs and more. I am a very difficult sale and he made this process fast, efficient and very transparent. I will most certainly contact him with any of my upcoming needs and questions. He took the time to explain the phones features as well as the watches. Thank you again for everything. My kids are going to love these gifts.
