I had a wonderful interaction with Senior Manager, Kyree. Outside of the pleasant conversation, he was extremely helpful in solving my eSIM issue. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes flat. Great experience!

buyer beware, the sales reps will offer you a brand new phone, along with Netflix, Max, Apple One, and more all for a slight increase in your monthly bill. What they won’t tell you is that you’ll get Netflix and Max…but that’s a separate “discounted” charge…and is with ads, and Apple One…but a limited trial… with a separate charge.
It makes sense at the time because they don’t tell you you’re getting the s#it end of the stick for these products. You just figure, “hey, i’ll just cancel my Netflix since I’m getting it for free with Verizon” Wrong. Just keep this in mind when the sales reps are sweet talking you.

Great expereince with Ty who took the lead and helped my laundry list of things to get done. He multitasked and got us out way quicker than expected. Chris, Mary, Christine, are absolutely fabulous! My young son was with us with and the warm welcome wa amazing. I will be using this store only. I would highly recommend this store if you want a great experience!

Terrible customer service. I walked in and wasn't greeted by any of the multiple employees not helping other customers. I had to stand there awkwardly waiting for any of them to acknowledge my presence. Finally, once assisted with my trade in, I was told to call customer service about an issue regarding the value. I waited for further explanation but the employee just told me I could go. Awful, awful customer service.

Was told this was a company store that could answer all questions about Verizon services. THIS IS NOT TRUE. They are a company store, but they only deal with wireless plans.

This location sucks Mary tried to help but couldn't really provide me with any information at all. Disappointed with the customer service at this location they all seemed like they were ready to go home and didn't want to be there. The vibe was not friendly

This Verizon store is not connected to the main Verizon company - if you have any issues, the MAIN Verizon company has no way of interacting with this store so they will be of no help to you.
I bought a phone online and had my text msg confirmation to pick up my new phone. When I arrived I was told they had to redo the entire order, which took almost an hour - partially due to the fact that the manager/specialist who was putting the order in was also booking plane tickets on his personal cell phone for an upcoming vacation.
When I went back to return my old phone, they refused to take the return despite me showing them all of my emails and information from the My Verizon app specifically telling me to drop my phone off at the store.
I had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to try to straighten all of this garbage out.

I had to come on here and give 5 stars for Mary! My husband had his phone stolen while we were on vacation. Instead of paying almost $300 to replace it through assurion, he tried to get an upgrade, which he was due for anyway. After sitting on my phone talking to verizon for almost two hours, he was told he couldn't get an upgrade without a phone to trade in. And to get a phone immediately without paying over a grand, he would have to settle for an older model phone(around a hundred bucks). There was only one verizon store with the phone in stock that was 40 mins away. We drive there, and they didn't have it. No other store within reasonable driving range had one. He got back on the phone with verizon, who agreed to overnight it. The shipping would cost around 13 bucks. OK, whatever. He gets to wrapping it up, and somehow the price doubles totally! Whoever heard of an $80 sales tax charge??
My husband lost it, and was going to stop in the next rival phone store and drop verizon completely. We were driving by this particular store, and stopped on a whim. And then we met Mary! She said no phone, no problem! Got him the upgrade, and we were out within 5 minutes!!
Thank you Mary!! I wish we had stopped in sooner!!

to change the phone number I waited 5 hours, the employee comes up, hears the problem and says wait, leaves and sits on the phone, this is a terrible service with terrible service, I’m thinking about changing companies

Salesperson told me that apps and app data would sync up on a new phone with the in store set up for an additional $30. Absolutely nothing synced up from the old phone to the new. Waste of time and money, definitely got scammed
