I'd like to give a shout out to Randdie and Isaiah for their truly impressive customer service. They spent lots of time explaining the options and working with me to get the best plan. I was very pleased with my experience here... Unlike two other Verizon locations where I had unsuccessful and unpleasant experiences. Randdie and Isaiah are the best! thank you!

Salesperson told me that apps and app data would sync up on a new phone with the in store set up for an additional $30. Absolutely nothing synced up from the old phone to the new. Waste of time and money, definitely got scammed

I could write a long review, but bottom line I have to give 1 Star as zero stars is not an option. Its next to near impossible to reach the store diretly and also impossible to resolve tech issues with the phone. Already been to store mulitple times and sadly must haul myself over one more time. Lastly when discussing the programs and trade in amounts at the end of the day, it's a scam.

Worse store ever one of the female black manager don't know her name she is rude and doesn't want to listen I bought a phone from this store had a scratch on and keep frozen screen I stopped at this location to return still had a 30 day's returning policy but she was keep arguing then I called to the customer service the help me outLong story short avoid this location

If I could rate a negative 10, I would. I accompanied my 77 year old aunt to the Verizon store as she wasn't sure why her bill was increased by $50 and why she needed a new phone.Found out that they sold my aunt a flip phone for $200. My aunt had no idea she was financing a new phone, and her plan was upgraded. My aunt rarely uses her mobile phone. My aunt only carries the phone for emergency purposes. Verizon was charging her $168 monthly for a phone she rarely used and charged her a little over $200 for a flip phone. The fact that a representative for Verizon would swindle a senior who is on a fixed income is disgusting. Then we were told they would cancel her account, but she had to pay off the balance on the phone. That's when we discovered how much she was charged for the flip phone. I am continually amazed and repulsed by Verizon practices.

Horrible management! My son was sent there as instructed by the rep at tier 2, to pick up a working phone. He was sent away with nothing & a phone was ordered. This was not the deal we made. He returned the next day to be sent away because “ we just don’t give phones away, & the one I ordered is probably at your house.” Again, he left with nothing and no way to call because his phone didn’t work! There was no phone at his house, it was delayed another day! She treated him like a second class citizen & as if he was lying. Look in the notes!!! Verizon has been a huge disappointment! I have been with them for 19 years and 9 months. Very sad. The phone reps tried to help but the manager at this store should not be working with people! She made a workable situation a disaster & cost my son 2 days of work! I spent 3 days trying remedy the situation. Very sad and absolutely ridiculous

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON!!!!!!!!! YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON.. OVERBILLED BY 1000 dollars in a MONTH! they will not let you dispute teh charge until you PAY IN FULL??? SCAM TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Spent 6 hours on a phone with multiple reps, then they told me that I can return it a store, turns out there's a $50 restocking fee unless you drive a package to UPS. Stupid watch took a whole day on phone, had to describe an issue 8 times and were not able to get things to work properly then they gave me a runaround with return. Very poor customer service.

I needed to use my phone to accomplish some issues I was having. I tried time & time again to do it on my own,but I had no success with my attempts. So, I decided to go to the Verizon store to see if they could help me. I walked in & explained why I was there. A gentleman named Pat said he could help me, and he sure did. He was very patient with me and got the job done. Thank you so much Pat. You have no idea how much you helped me.

EDIT- THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE VERIZON- THE IDENTICAL ONE TO THE REVIEW BELOW. THE LINK DOESN'T WORK - SAYS IT "THE FORM WAS NOT FOUND-DELETED BY ANOTHER USER"YOU GUYS SUCK.One of the worst managed Verizon stores I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in until I left. Here is why!I purchased a brand new phone and they offered a watch as a promotion, monthly payments, etc. Sounded lovely at the time! Well!!! From the moment I left the store, my phone wasn't working properly as well as my watch not connecting. After 4 different attempts, over 10 hours - I am NOT exaggerating!Trying to figure things out with 2 separate employees and Connor, the manager, no one could figure it out. Connor really seemed to enjoy talking down to me and only knew "I'm sorry you feel that way" and "I can give you a refund." Not one employee wanted to take responsibility, they want to push it onto the manufacturer and use the "not their problem" excuse.No resolution at the end of the day.. other than, send it back because they won't and aren't going to help you.Do yourself a favor, go to a different store.
