He knew my name and greeted me and everyone in line personally, regardless of how busy he was. He’s extremely intuitive and knows what I need before I do. It is that sort of personal attention and customer service that is missed in current online or remote locations. He’s the most genuine person I know.”

“I have been a PNC bank customer for about ten years now. I've been their customer since they switched from National City. Ive never had any problems with this bank. I always found the tellers to be friendly. I really like the added walk in atm they have inside that's open 24-7. I use that often so I don't feel rushed like I do when I'm T the drive through atm. Besides a checking and savings acct, I also have a credit card through pnc.”
