“What a well-organized and well-run store! We went in for a new screen door. The gentleman who assisted us was incredibly helpful and was genuinely interested in helping us solve our problem, suggesting a number of alternatives to replacement and that we take a better look at how the door was installed to determine the correct size for a replacement. Clearly a very knowledgeable person, but also someone who cared about his customers. I would recommend this business to everyone!”
“This is what service looks like! A hardware store where people actually help you....and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.We had a ceiling fan (that's very old) with a bad light socket. They did not have the actual light socket I needed, but upstairs, they had an old ceiling fan. We were able to salvage one of the sockets and now my aunt and uncle's ceiling fan has light again!Places like this remind us of yesteryear when people really cared about one another and it wasn't all about money.I'm an old soul in a new world and I miss places like this.”
“The Somerset, PA store is great! The employees are beyond nice, very helpful and understanding. I can't speak due to throat cancer and both employees were very understanding. The girl at the register and the girl in the back who loaded 2 gasoline engines into my van are awesome! It's hard to find people like that today. Thanks for another great Harbor Freight experience. I'm really happy with my Predator 212cc and the 224cc engines which are going to complete a minibike build. These Predator small block engines are powerful options for minibikes and cart builds”
