“Alright let’s get one thing straight about the review from Stacey and Alexis you two were not coordinated to pick up my brothers death certificates the reason for your negative reviews is because they would not release them to you for one reason my name was on them and I told them not to for that reason…. Leaving a negative review for that reason is poor we had over 200 people attend this funeral the doors were wide open the entire time none of you addressed any of these problems with the directors… so with that being said I think both of you owe Sam and Carly a big apology I was fully communicating with them threw this whole process now here is my review I do recommend them !!! I can’t begin to say how grateful I am for the Kirkhoff Funeral Home and their staff, Samantha and Carly went over and above to help me three this process…
My brother was in a tragic accident. He was young, a new father and a care taker for my father so to say we weren’t prepared for this is an understatement! But, the directors at Kirkhoff assured me and my family that we will be able to plan a traditional funeral and honor Alex’s life. They handled everything from the first phone call to the delivery of his death certificates with the utmost care, compassion and dignity.

I would recommend them for anyone who encounter’s the loss of a loved one.
