“The tech was friendly and efficient. The sign in procedure was problematic - the link in the text sent did not work when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and then had trouble with the electronic kiosk that, after entering all my info and scanning insurance cards and license indicated there was no record of my appointment. I was the only one there and was taken in shortly thereafter. It seems that it was so much easier before changing from human personnel check-ins.”
