“Talk about rocking a one-woman lab! I was the fourth person in line at 6:45 AM. She arrived and opened on-time. I got checked in and sat in the waiting room while four more people arrived and checked into the kiosk. At 7:20 I was beginning to believe she was the only one that showed up to work today since the first gentleman was still sitting and waiting to get stuck. To my surprise, she then left the reception desk and went into the room to collect patients samples! She is the phlebotomist! This poor woman is doing the job of two people All by herself! She deserves a raise, especially when you got to deal with cranky people who have been fasting for these labs! She kept a professional and friendly attitude. I wish I had gotten her name.”

“Sometimes great service needs to be honored and mentioned! I had the pleasure of seeing a young lady named Debbi. She was an absolute rockstar! With the busy season people were coming in one after another! She was so professional and communicated so well! I walked in stressed and after watching her work and not cut corners it made me respect and really think about her position. I am happy with her attitude during a stressful time and quest is lucky to have her! Good job Debbi you made my day by being a beautiful positive person!”

“Today was my first time at this location, and I will definitely be using them as my primary place to go when needing blood work. Julissa was my phlebotomist, and she was so kind and cheerful (especially for first thing in the morning!) and she was done in minutes. I barely felt a thing as well. I had made an appointment online, and they were able to get me back and in the chair within 5 minutes of the appointment time. Altogether a good experience !! Especially as someone who gets the jitters with any medical appointments :-)”

“Staff is nice and I hate getting blood work I get bad anxiety over it and these women are pretty quick and hav3nr stuck me bad at all. Only bummer is the hours they're open if you work a full time job they're only open til 2. But comvient if you you go to Kenhurst medical center and they also take walk ins you do not need to make an appointment!”

“Excellent experience today; so different from the awful appointment at the Exeter Quest last week. The phlebotomist easily found my doctors (in the computer) who requested a copy of the results. She was warm and friendly and drew my blood quickly and painlessly. In and out in minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!”
