“OMG never in my
Life has a bank been so accommodating let alone actually let me in after they were closed and they had every right to turn me away but surprisingly to my delight, they had the biggest heart and understood the fact that If was super hard for me to get there & actually let me in. It was only a couple minutes past closing time but I have never heard of or experienced a Bank extending this curtesy because of many reasons but they happen to have first hand knowledge of what I needed since I had been there before about the same issue (nothing to do with their Customer service by the way)!
So BIG Shout Out to Tara & Claudia at the Berwyn Branch of Td Bank on Swedefords Rd for not only being complete rockstars but treating me & it seems like everyone who I have had the pleasure of eavesdropping on when they were being served on, with the respect and decency we all deserve but it’s getting rarer and rarer!

“We opened a new checking account for a small non-profit organization, and the staff could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly.Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Truist is fine with us getting our checks anywhere we want.This branch is not open on Saturdays, but what the heck, I'm retired.”
