“I had an outstanding experience today at Wells Fargo thanks to Lakshmi, her manager, and the incredible team. Even though the branch was about to close, they went above and beyond to assist me with my request. The manager even took the extra step to call a staff member who came and helped me, ensuring that I got the support I needed last minute. She even made sure every bill was brand new because I told her its a gift for my nephews.

I had a problem with a charge to my account. Karolina has been dealing with this issue for days. She left a voicemail while I was at work telling me that she was still working on it. Then, at the end of the business day, I get an email stating that she's still working on it and she'll let me know. The customer service is exceptional. Above and beyond.”

“Absolutely phenomenal service! I came here to set up an account and I could tell right away I was in great hands. The line was short, the place was welcoming, and the staff were great. Derrick helped me out with everything, explained everything I needed to know step-by-step, and was so courteous to me and other clients of his. There was another employee in at the time, as well, who was so kind to everyone that came by. Despite it being a Sunday and a busy work day, everyone was helpful and personable.
