“I took advantage of a promotional offer for red light therapy bony contouring The office was nice, clean. The woman who assisted me was very informative and explained each step The experience of the red light therapy was relaxing under the warmth of the lights while an ocean sound machine played in the background. All in all it was like a spa treatment The results however were much less than I'd hoped. With an overall loss of about 2inches I would need two treatments a week for a month or more and nothing is guaranteed It's just too many visits. I don't have the time I'm glad I tried it but will not be using this method again as the results are minimal at best”

“I like the place. Good pools to swim. But I would like these changes - pool C could be better and make everyone access the outdoor pool.And please try to maintain a schedule for a longer period and better communication if schedules are updated. Cannot maintain a timing to go and swim. Finding it a little hard.Otherwise - great place to swim.”
