“I needed my steering rack replaced on my 2009 Toyota Sienna, it was pretty rusty and leaking. Danners was the only shop willing to do the job! I did look up some videos and it is definitely not a fun job to tackle myself. He quoted me over the phone. I dropped it off and he kept in communication the whole time! I wasn’t in a rush to have it done but he still had the van back to me within 3 days, and he was well within his original quote. My 09 Sienna steers like new again!

“I recently had a very positive experience with Maceil’s Auto Body and am rating them with the highest 5 stars. Keith Maceil and his staff are honest, professional and friendly. My new 2023 van had received parking lot scrapes, abrasions and scratches. Maceil’s provided an estimate including the time and described the process they would use. Their rates are also posted in the office and are very reasonable. They scheduled the service within a short timeframe and at my convenience. The van was returned on schedule and was washed and polished looking brand new again! I would highly recommend Maceil’s.”

“My car had been making an off and on thumping noise in the rear end. Because I was planning to travel for Thanksgiving, Henry worked me in. The determination was that there was an issue in the rear differential. The suggestion was to replace the fluid. When that did not completely solve the problem, I was asked if the car was still under warranty. Even though the car was not under warranty and the repair was an expensive one, Henry suggested I still take it back to the dealership to see if they would address the issue. I did as he suggested. The dealership ran their own diagnostic, and the decision was made for the car maker to pay 85% of the repair. I would not have thought to take the car to the dealership had it not been for Henry's suggestion. I appreciate that Kudlas staff was more concerned with my getting the best possible solution. I have recommended Kudlas to friends and will return to them.”

“I noticed my tire was low on my way home from work one evening. I realized there were two nails in my tire. This shop was the only place open at 730 pm. I knew it was a long shot coming in 30 mins before close to get it fixed. I had very few options with a 40 mins commute home. This place was amazing! They didn’t care that I was there so late and immediately got to fixing my tire. Thankfully they were able to patch it up and send me on my way. They were all super friendly, professional, and quick! After my experience and reading the other reviews, I will be back. They now have a new customer.”

“Great service by the team and the manager Tim, but if I were to leave a real review to get the owner’s attention, it would be 1 star. The franchise owner “PREMIUM VELOCITY AUTO LLC” really needs to change their tire sourcing contract, especially when there are four tire shops a stone’s throw from this JL location. No fault to the team here (so I didn’t deduct any stars) but FOR THE OWNER: an expected 1-2hr oil change & state inspection service turned into an almost 6hr visit as we waited over 4.5hrs for my new tires to be delivered (though the third party had “guaranteed” under 2hrs, which means nothing). I only came here because it’s one of the few shops in the area where a state inspection doesn’t require you to drop your car off and “come back later” so I thought this would be a quicker visit. When tires are one of the main services you advertise all over the building, you should be able to provide them “in a jiffy”. (I couldn’t leave because my old tires failed inspection, otherwise I 10000% would have bought my tires from someone else and gotten my entire day back.) I really appreciated Tim’s sympathy, repeat follow-up with the third party, and hustle once the tires finally arrived. I know it was completely out of his control, but other customers would not be nearly as understanding as I am (sitting here 7 months pregnant by the way) and I really regret giving business to the third party tire provider.”

He provided service immediately when I arrived at the shop and was able to have the parts I needed delivered within 30 mins, all for a much more reasonable price than I would expect at other auto shops.
