“So here’s what happened. I paid for Prime parking at the Pilot in Bentleyville PA from Friday through today (Monday) the parking expires at 15:00. At 14:00 I received a call from my dispatcher letting me know that the manager at the Pilot just had my trailer towed and gave me the contact info for Jason with Complete Service.
Jason noticed the parking permit taped on the trailer and felt like something wasn’t right, but the manager was much less than professional and demanded he take the trailer. Understandable that he had to do his job.
You know what else he did? He did not charge me all the normal fees that would usually be charged for going to the trailer, hooking it and towing it. He charged me a very reasonable fee of $150 and left my trailer in a very easy spot for me to hook to it and pull it out. He was professional and really friendly.
Fellow truckers, if you need a tow or service, please consider Complete Service Center. I can say with confidence that you will be treated fairly and with professionalism and respect.”

“Came to the shop a little over two weeks ago with non-working A/C. After leaving the car at the shop in the morning, I got a call on the same day, saying that the car is fixed. Mechanics showed me what the issue was and provided insight on the repair. A/C still blows cold; highly recommend these guys, 10/10.”

They a very professional outfit and have the capability for auto service that is far beyond the oil change, tire, battery, inspection places that are readily available everywhere. “I needed my steering rack replaced on my 2009 Toyota Sienna, it was pretty rusty and leaking. Danners was the only shop willing to do the job! I did look up some videos and it is definitely not a fun job to tackle myself. He quoted me over the phone. I dropped it off and he kept in communication the whole time! I wasn’t in a rush to have it done but he still had the van back to me within 3 days, and he was well within his original quote. My 09 Sienna steers like new again!

“They got me in next day when my inspection was up. The woman in the office was friendly and kind. They were fast, I didn’t have to wait long. They have a comfortable area for you to wait while my car was being inspected. Would definitely recommend! I’ll be back for sure!”
“My car had been making an off and on thumping noise in the rear end. Because I was planning to travel for Thanksgiving, Henry worked me in. The determination was that there was an issue in the rear differential. The suggestion was to replace the fluid. When that did not completely solve the problem, I was asked if the car was still under warranty. Even though the car was not under warranty and the repair was an expensive one, Henry suggested I still take it back to the dealership to see if they would address the issue. I did as he suggested. The dealership ran their own diagnostic, and the decision was made for the car maker to pay 85% of the repair. I would not have thought to take the car to the dealership had it not been for Henry's suggestion. I appreciate that Kudlas staff was more concerned with my getting the best possible solution. I have recommended Kudlas to friends and will return to them.”

“Joel and his Crew were helpful, fit me in for an adjustment on an older TDI, and I'm grateful as it was a bit of an emergency for my daily driver and I couldn't wait for a dealership or weeks for an appointment, and not many people in the area were able to help. More importantly, I know a lot about cars and I work on them, and their shop looks extremely clean and they are obviously a go-to place for VW owners; I'd recommend them as an area mechanic for highly valued VWs. We have newer and older VWs in my family, so this place is a good find. Dealerships simply don't want to help with older VWs. Thanks again.”
