Why not give the whole price up front? Other than that, no complaints. I made an appointment online, dropped off the car, and returned at my leisure. Everything went smoothly and well.”

“I took my car in last week for a Check Engine light that suddenly appeared after getting gas. I stopped in to see if the service dept could help me and they sure did. I never like dealing with these service advisors cause they always try to rip you off, but I met Scott, a seasoned pro. He asked me a few questions and he immediately knew what the problem was. My Ford has no gas cap and the flap was dirty, allowing air to get in and setting off a code. He showed how to clean it and explained why it sometimes happens. I was in and out in 15 minutes...Thank you Scott!”

Mechanics showed me what the issue was and provided insight on the repair. A/C still blows cold; highly recommend these guys, 10/10.”

“I needed my steering rack replaced on my 2009 Toyota Sienna, it was pretty rusty and leaking. Danners was the only shop willing to do the job! I did look up some videos and it is definitely not a fun job to tackle myself. He quoted me over the phone. I dropped it off and he kept in communication the whole time! I wasn’t in a rush to have it done but he still had the van back to me within 3 days, and he was well within his original quote. My 09 Sienna steers like new again!

“My car had been making an off and on thumping noise in the rear end. Because I was planning to travel for Thanksgiving, Henry worked me in. The determination was that there was an issue in the rear differential. The suggestion was to replace the fluid. When that did not completely solve the problem, I was asked if the car was still under warranty. Even though the car was not under warranty and the repair was an expensive one, Henry suggested I still take it back to the dealership to see if they would address the issue. I did as he suggested. The dealership ran their own diagnostic, and the decision was made for the car maker to pay 85% of the repair. I would not have thought to take the car to the dealership had it not been for Henry's suggestion. I appreciate that Kudlas staff was more concerned with my getting the best possible solution. I have recommended Kudlas to friends and will return to them.”

“Joel and his Crew were helpful, fit me in for an adjustment on an older TDI, and I'm grateful as it was a bit of an emergency for my daily driver and I couldn't wait for a dealership or weeks for an appointment, and not many people in the area were able to help. More importantly, I know a lot about cars and I work on them, and their shop looks extremely clean and they are obviously a go-to place for VW owners; I'd recommend them as an area mechanic for highly valued VWs. We have newer and older VWs in my family, so this place is a good find. Dealerships simply don't want to help with older VWs. Thanks again.”
