“After the purchase of a new vehicle in Maryland we were 30 miles into the trip to Bethel Park, PA the low tire pressure icon appeared on the dashboard and we had to keep adding air to continue. Searched for a tire service in the Bethel Park area and by chance we pulled into Rich's Tire Service. Thank the heavens we did! It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Rich's Tire Service. Tire was odd size and Karen had to search all of her contacts for a replacement which she was able to make happen before end of day. “Came by on a Saturday early afternoon for a tire pressure leak on my run flat tire. All the other tire places in town were booked up but Five Star squeezed me in for a tire nail removal and patch. Whole service took less than 15 mins, everybody was incredibly friendly, and it cost $20. Fantastic experience overall and they have earned my business whenever I am in the area.”

“The guys were fast and prompt with taking a look at my car and fixing it. I dropped my car off around 11:30am and by 1:30pm I got a call back letting me know it was fixed. I’m sure it was a minor issue but they were fast. And they called me a half hour after dropping it off letting me know what my issue was.”

“They were absolutely fantastic. They squeezed my car in at the last minute they did more than just check for air leaking from my tire. The important part is they got my car done with everything we talked about before the time I needed it by I am absolutely not used to this treatment by the Monroeville team, they were always cutting it close when they would have all day with an appointment. Bethel Park fire stone is absolutely amazing. Everybody was kind caring and genuinely made me feel like they wanted to help. I do wish they could have done my alignment. However, they said my car has some sensors they do not have the equipment for which is not their fault. I really wish they had it though. Absolutely a fantastic experience. “The Danners are The Best! I had my Jeep Wrangler at 4 different dealers 6 times over 4 months and even had a case opened by Jeep Cares. Every warning light was tripping. Over 100 fault codes when scanned. Wouldn’t shift out of Park. No power steering. The list goes on. None of the dealers or Jeep themselves could help. We found these guys on YouTube and they got her fixed in a short amount of time. I learned a lesson. Go to the places that have a passion for what they do. They are the experts.
