“Exceptional service, kindness and patience. Scott helped me find the right battery for my needs, and patiently taught me how to get the most of of my new battery (I am a newbie).
Thank you!”
“A man named Dee was literally so nice & helpful . He reassured me that he can and will take care of what I needed which was a new wiper . I was so happy with the fast service & the 10/10 customer service . Thanks Dee .”
“Jamel is the person to see there. He really helped my husband find the best car battery for our Kia Optima at a great price. He was fast and installed the battery right away. Very curtious and professional. We highly recommend Jamel and O'Reilly Auto parts . Thank you , thank you Jamel.
Hope you had a great Christmas Jamel.”
“I will be going to this O'Reilly location for all my car part needs from here on out. The staff really went above and beyond to help me. I almost didn't make it to the store with my alternator and battery going out. They drove to another store to pick up the alternator and installed it for me (auto part stores typically will not install alternators). The customer service was 10/10 and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of the team that works at this location!”

“Needed a part in a pinch for my Alfa Romeo’s cooling system (you can imagine how that goes)…
In and out probably 6 times in a day, and the gentleman (whose name I unfortunately forget) took the time to help me cross reference parts through forums and traced the fitting back to a coolant return line on a 2018 Chevy Cruze. Not the most conventional approach, but I was able to get it installed, bled, leak tested, and back on the road so that I can get to work tomorrow morning. This is why this is why O’Reilly is my Auto Parts store of choice.”
