“Austin at the North Fayette Pa store was extremely helpful, polite and professional. I couldn't get my charger into the port of my phone. Thought I'd tried everything. He had the dirt cleaned out in a matter of minutes and it now works great! Can't recommend him enough!”
“The whole experience with this store was great. Honestly, the first time there I was quite overwhelmed because I wasn't expecting so many employees and so many people but everything was efficient and rather quick. I brought my Mac to change the battery and you'll need to schedule an appointment for it either by calling the Apple support or going on the website of the store. The employees are like working ants, always moving and helping.I left my Mac on Thursday and was told it'd be ready by Tuesday but it was ready by Saturday!! The whole process was easy. I also knew how much I was supposed to pay because the apple store website allows you to get a free estimate based on what you need.The only thing that can be a bit annoying is that it really is always busy and it can get a bit confusing inside the store. It is pet friendly so don't be surprised to find a couple of dogs hanging around.Really nice sore overall.”
