He's been the most genuine, fair, knowledgeable and honest salesman I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He's gone out of his way to get always give me advice or to hook me up with what ever I need. I traded in a gun today and he gave me more than any other valuation I had found online. His products are priced well, and its awesome that i can support local business and still get the most bang for my buck. Years ago, he was able to get me a hard to find rifle, that everyone else was charging nearly double for, not Bruce, it was MSRP. This is honestly the best experience I've ever had with a gun shop, and it's been consistently that way for over a decade of visits between the previous shop and the current one, and its all because of Bruce. “I was assuming this place was gonna be a knockoff to Academy and Dick’s, and in a sense, it is, but I think their focus is better placed. They seem to be less concerned with fashion/lifestyle items and more directed towards actual sporting goods. Given that and the decent pricing on just about everything, I’ll definitely be coming around more.”

“The personnel were helpful, their discount jeans are a good value... I hope. I wandered around the store while waiting for an appointment nearby and my impression is that the store is a bit cluttered with merchandise, though with Christmas around the corner having a lot of stock on could be a good thing. What I did find that was annoying was the lighting, the store is dim. The shelving to the right of the gun counter, the location of hunting etc supplies, NEEDS more light. Overall the store needs to rethink its lighting, it is poorly lit and made me reluctant to look closely at their stock.”
