“incredible service. Went to drop off clothes and They were done in an extremely fast rate. I also had a pair of pants that must’ve had a button fall off and they replaced it for me. Glad businesses like this still exist. They have now made a lifelong customer.”

“This place is fantastic! It's got adorable unique western themed decor and there are ton of machines that work great. It's clean inside and feels very homey and comfortable. I spoke with the owner Cheryl for a while in between loads of laundry and she was absolutely lovely and very helpful.”

This Bethel Park Laundromat is absolutely better. The prices are reasonable and the dryers really are the best in town. Clean space with coin dispenser, vending machines with laundry products and food. Looking forward to coming here each week. Super convenient and reasonably priced.

UPDATE: one of my washers malfunctioned today. I called the number posted on a sign and was immediately assisted (remotely) by the man on the other end of the phone. He resolved my issue within minutes and I was back to doing my wash. Great customer service!!!! Will definitely continue using this laundromat.”

“I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time. My return trip could have been avoided if the initial employee would have done what the second employee took the time to do. I would also mention that the ring on the collar of the shirt I had dry cleaned was gone and they did a fantastic job on it without my mention of same. They also returned a couple of bills and some change I inadvertently left in a pair of suit pants. Kudos to Model Cleaners.Services: Eco-friendly cleaning”

“This laundromat is extremely clean and very easy ro access. I go to this place every week to wash clothes ansmd it is extremly relaxing with a tv to watch while your washing clothes. It provider a clean restroom. It has heavy duty machines and the price is reasonable.”
