“I had a huge oil stain on a brand new Patagonia ski jacket from riding the lift, the oil stain was huge on the top part of my jacket where my shoulder would be, and then onto my sleeve, and it was bright black. I was pretty confident that there would still be residue, but after picking it up, the jacket is completely free of all oil stains and it was only $20. I highly recommend this place!!”
“Chuong’s Cleaners is my go-to! I can’t wear white without attracting a stain, but thankfully, they are absolute pros. They’ve tackled everything from wine and ink to chocolate ice cream on a white silk blouse —and every time, the results are amazing.

“I flew back home to Pittsburgh for a week and, like a rookie, I didn’t pack enough to survive the city’s “four seasons in one day” weather. Enter: my very first laundromat adventure. I wandered over to the North Side and was greeted by Tony, who may actually be part human, part angel. He walked me through the laundromat like it was Disneyland and I was the VIP guest. Out of all the places I visited on my trip, this cozy little laundromat gave me the BEST customer service (yes, I’m serious). “I went here Saturday night for the first time ever to wash a king sized comforter. The lady working that night was very friendly and helpful. She got me setup with the right machine. The washing took about 25 minutes. I stuffed the wet comforter in a dryer and went to Moes for tacos while it was drying. Was all done around the same time I got back.”

“I took two winter jackets (one wool ankle length and one Sherpa ankle length) from goodwill to get dry cleaned. The man who helped me was SO kind and I could tell he really cared about how my jackets looked. And the cherry on top…only 39 dollars!!! “Very efficient mom and pop type of dry cleaners. They do quality work, plus they do very professional tailoring. My dad lost weight, and they finely tailored 3 of his suits. They really cater to the customer and are reasonably priced so I highly recommend them.
It should be noted they only accept cash or check as payment.”

Decided to give them a shot and I am very pleased with the service and quality of work! The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. “I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time. My return trip could have been avoided if the initial employee would have done what the second employee took the time to do. I would also mention that the ring on the collar of the shirt I had dry cleaned was gone and they did a fantastic job on it without my mention of same. They also returned a couple of bills and some change I inadvertently left in a pair of suit pants. Kudos to Model Cleaners.Services: Eco-friendly cleaning”

“Drive out of my way to do laundry here. They have tons of washers and dryers. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait for a machine. Moderately priced but I’ll take it since all the machines and dryers WORK WELL! Open 24hrs with a restroom available. Vending /snack machine onsite. Parking is free.”
“I rent U hauls here frequently and the experience is always seamless. Steve works a majority of the time and is great to work with. He definitely goes above and beyond to make things go smoothly. The place itself is clean and well kept. Would recommend.”
“Beware the cheaper old washers, the one I picked (machine 26) did not even dissolve all the soap, just drenched my clothes and didn't spin the water out.
If you pick the right machine it's pretty nice though.”
“These folks were awesome. I am from MS and was traveling through Pitt for a few days. Needed some clothes washed quickly. The owner was so accommodating and helped me after her deadline for receiving clothes and fulfilled my order same day. I was beyond impressed and grateful. If I lived in Pitt, I would be using these folks weekly. They are top notch.”

“This place was the first dry cleaner I ever used. I've been here twice, and they did such a good job that I have been SO disappointed in other cleaners I have tried! My clothes came back better, clean and crisp each time. I never had to ask for anything to be starched, steamed, or creased, they just did it!! I've brought wool pants, wool blazers, and wool shirts. Each came back pristine and I was so surprised. Prices are really good too! I have since moved away from Pittsburgh and I wish I could take my clothes back here again. :(”

“These are some of the nicest, hardworking people you’ll ever meet. I’ve never left a review for anything, but I had to for them. In addition to the amazing job they did cleaning my suits and pants, they cleaned my winter coats that i thought were hopelessly ruined after my basement flooded and made them moldy, smelly and disgusting. Including my leather trench coat that was messed up the most. They made it look brand new and the smell is gone. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I don’t sadly. “Update 10/22/2024. Still a clean Laundromat but they raised up all the prices. Still a decent place. Just not very budget friendly.
Clean and functional. Vending machines and bathrooms. A tv couldn't ask for more. 6.50 extra. Large washer. , .25 to start. Dryer my only suggestion is bring wipes cuz there are non to wipe before/after touching machines due to this virus. But still best laundromat around.”

“Traveling. Needed to do laundry between hotels. This place was close (by that, I mean it was the closest to me on Google maps, at 11 miles. Don't people in PA need laundromats? I digress). The site is in a slightly older community but is in an open area. The laundrymat is bright and clean. The washing machines are all looking pretty new, and there is an attendant, a restroom, and a working change machine. The dryers are a bit worn, but all seem functional. I felt reasonably safe sitting there. The 16 or so normal washers are expensive, though: currently 3.75 a load. There are heavy-load washers also. The dryers are a buck minnimum to get going and to have a chance at a dry load. I'd use this place again if I'm ever near here in the future.”

“Went to this laundromat for the first time today (June 4 2026)! It was clean and took my debit card payment with no trouble. Instructions are printed on the machine. They have a smoking receptacle and bench as well. Warning: It will look like they’ve charged $20 to your bank but there’s a sign posted explaining that it’s only temporary. It was $4 for a wash but the dryers were inexpensive. Super fast washers and dryers and my clothes smell good. Will definitely be coming back!”

“Clean, well maintained, got TV to watch and outlets to charge your phone. Comfy funiture. Owner is very friendly, free Wi-Fi is available, bathrooms are open and very clean. Best laundromat I've been to. Bonus points for the Modern Design and artwork, a visually pleasing laundromat for sure, can't say that about other laundromats. 10/10.”
