I've been going there for years, and everyone's always been friendly.This morning, I had a really long list of labs to go through, and the phlebotomist was super nice, helpful, patient, and had a really steady hand.I don't think it's the employees' fault that Quest overbooks them and allocates the same amount of time, regardless of how long or complicated your lab list is.”

“Zero wait for my pre-scheduled appointment and super easy check-in. The nurse here was *wonderful*! I have notoriously tiny, difficult veins and blood draws usually take 5-6 very painful attempts with blowouts and bruising. But she genuinely believed me, was so empathetic and put me at ease by pep-talking me through the whole process, used the smallest needle, and got it in just 2 tries - thrilled with that! Wayyy better experience here than at Quest.”

“Would highly recommend this place. It's easy to book an appointment online before you go. They have check in at a kiosk and people are also there to check on you in case you need help. The phlebotomists are very kind, friendly, and professional. They made the experience painless and pleasant. I normally have a hard time because my veins are small but I had my blood drawn quickly and was out in about 10 minutes. Thank you!!”

“Highly recommend this location!!!!I brought my 10 yr old son for bloodwork for the first time ever this morning, and it was an awesome experience. The phlebotomist (can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful she explained everything and she was very light hearted and made my very scared son, feel less scared. She joked with my son and made him feel at ease. As soon as I walked in she was very pleasant and friendly, and I knew he was in good hands. I will be coming here for both my children for lab work. If your child needs blood drawn and you don’t want to make the trip to Childrens Hospital, this is the place to go.”

Was called into the lab within 5 minutes even though there were 4 others waiting so it pays to have an appointment. Phlebotomist was skilled and professional! I felt nothing and have no bruising. Results were available to my doctor the next day. You can't get any better than that.”

“I was hesitant to schedule here because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. There was an automated check in system but it had clear and easy steps to follow. They took me back 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. The person who took my blood was nice to talk to and patient as I searched for my doctors name. She was really gentle I didn’t realize she even stuck the needle in. Good location for me!”

“Ive done a few testings here and I dont really have any complaints. Youre usually in ans out pretty quick. Only thing is theres no one to talk to besides the automated system over the phone. Staff is always friendly. Didnt have my lab papers the last time I went ( 2/5) and they had everything ready for me when I went back to my room. Not sure why people are complaining. I never had a rude or inconsiderate staff member. Even got an appointment same day without any issues.”

“Don't bother making an appointment if you are hoping to be in and out quickly. It doesn't make much of a difference. I made an appointment and still waited just as long as the people that walked in (about 30 minutes, so not too bad). But if you do make an appointment, then you can check in online and wait in the car and they'll text you when they're ready for you. Otherwise it was fine. The person who helped me was nice and did her job. The place is clean.”

“What an absolutely wonderful place. Do not pay attention to the awful reviews. I think these people just expect the world to revolve around them and get upset when they have to realize it doesn't. I had four blood tests and one urine test. I was out in 20 minutes. I read these awful reviews that the place took forever, so you know what I did? I brought school work and a book just in case so I could still get stuff done if needed rather than come on here and complain about having to wait - which just happens in medical places... were these people born yesterday??? I guess bring something to keep busy if the place does end up making a long wait. For me, it was a quick experience and the staff were so kind, helpful, empathetic, and we had some laughs together too. I will definitely be going back here for all my future blood tests. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood, if you do happen to see this THANK YOU!!! I'll be seeing you guys when my next labs need done. :)”
