“I had a storage unit from April 2019-March 2023 and will say how much I appreciated the consistent cleanliness of the building. These storage units are EASILY the cleanest and they have freshest smelling building. The floors are always cleaned (even after a mishap with a broken glass that I couldn’t clean up, they did!) and the general pest maintenance every establishment experiences was kept in order as well! I very much recommend this location for its cleanliness and pricing of each unit. They also provided me with a lock and key after I lost the initial one I purchased from them. “I was extremely happy with my experience at Guardian in Bethel Park. From the moment I walked in, Greg made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Greg was genuinely helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect unit for my needs.
The facility itself is spotless. The unit was clean when I moved in and every time I visit, the hallways are clean and well-lit. They also have a truck that you can rent, which was easy to drive and accommodated all of my furniture.
Location is another huge plus—easy to access and conveniently located. This place goes above and beyond. Between the outstanding management, pristine conditions, and great location - I would strongly recommend.”
