“We stopped by this location today to get some confusing holiday returns out of the way, to which the gentleman at the desk, Bruce (I believe his tag said assistant manager?) Was incredibly helpful and kind. This is a definite badge of honor to still be able to be labelled as kind and helpful during these crazy times. In a busy store, filled to the brim with customers in a rush, he was still incredibly helpful and kind, all the while grabbing phone calls, answering questions, ringing people up without a hitch.I definitely recommend this store and staff to anyone passing through the South Hills who might be in need of some footwear!”

“Since 2020, after having relocated to the South Hills, I have bought my last 5 pairs of running shoes at Fleet Feet. The folks who work at the store are knowledgeable about shoe/clothing brands and fit, and management of the check-out counter is fast and efficient. I am close to 80 and have never experienced any ageism, which exists at other stores that sell sports merchandise.”
“Love this place! I visit every time I'm in town. Tons of Steelers, Pens & Pirates stuff you didn't even know you needed!!! Great clearance stuff !”
“You can't go to Pittsburgh without seeing black and yellow everywhere. That also means Steelers, Pirates and Penguins gear. On our stroll of the "strip" we saw a great shop for all Pittsburgh sports gear. We also were curious about what a Yinzer even was. This store had everything you could imagine if you are cheering for the home teams. I was also surprised at how great the prices were. In Toronto, the markup would have been much higher for Leafs, Raptors etc. This is a definite place to go for all your Pittsburgh sports gear. The staff was very friendly and continued the vibe of our first visit to the city. Welcoming and real people.”

“Great shop! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and great range of rackets available for demo and purchase. Will and Drew were great and always helpful and patient, even when the shop was crazy busy. Will found the perfect shoes for my hard-to-fit feet, and I ended up buying TWO rackets! Highly recommend.”
“Ray at Golf Specialtees is the best hands down. I brought him three titleist vokey wedges i wanted reshafted. Ray had the shafts on hand (dynamic gold s300 a popular shaft at that). He had my clubs ready in 2 days, when he said they'd be done, and to my liking. I will only go to Golf Specialtees for my golf needs going forward. Thanks again?”

“First time customer. I was there with my three year old who needed her first pair of ballet & tap shoes and other gear. Chelsea was super helpful in pointing me in the right directions for things. Everyone was very nice. The rewards program was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Black & Gold everywhere you look as soon as you walk through the door. I wanted to make the traditional Pirates hat into something unique. Black & Gold forever. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!(~);}”
“Fun selection with better pricing than some other memorabilia shops in the area. We had some questions about the stadium answered and a bit of pre-game banter with the workers. Worthwhile shop!”
“We drove from Ottawa, Canada for a preseason game as my friend had a long time dream of seeing the Steelers. The manager at this store went above and beyond and did us a huge favour and as you can see it really lit up my friends face. It was a great experience and you added to it. Thank you.”
“For all your tee-shirt needs for fundraiser, team logos, etc this is the place to go..Mr Eric does top quality work and his rates are very reasonable....Highly recommended”
“Wonderful store with wonderful employees! Not only do they have all things Pittsburgh sports but they also have a selection of non-sports related Pittsburgh apparel, mugs, puzzles, and much much more. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend to others.Thank you Hometowne Sports!!”

“A good selection , decent prices. Very orderly. Fitting rooms. Nice selection of markdowns
as well as basic outdoor clothing. Lots of backpack gear, tents and accessories.”
“This Rally House store sells fan merchandise for local sports teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, and Panthers. This store had a particular Steelers jersey in stock when other stores did not have it. The jersey had a good quality and a fair price. The employees did not make any mistakes with processing my transaction or with packaging the jersey.”
“Staff was SUPER informative, incredibly friendly, and they know how to take care of their merchandise! The woman behind the counter asked if I wanted the sticker on my hat removed and she even cleaned the hat off after removing the sticker. Highly recommend!”
“Anthony helped my significant other and I each do a (free) foot scan, and he spent a lot of time listening to us talk about what we were looking for in shoes and how our old sneakers did for us. He did a great job using the information from the scan and what we told him to recommend each of us 3 and 4 pairs of shoes to test. He was great, very easy to work with and he was able to explain everything easily to us. The store has a pretty good sized selection of shoes for women and men alike. We had a great experience and I got a new pair of shoes at a good price upon his recommendation ?”
“I personally had a good experience selling and getting a fair price for my autograph memorabilia. I see there was a bunch of poor reviews saying “rip off” but I called a day ahead, explained what I had/want for it. I came in the next day and negotiated and got a fair price most definitely. In and out about 5-10 minutes which is very convenient in selling old pieces I no longer wanted. I’d always want a higher price but when you’re asking stores to take your piece and flip the memorabilia on their own time I think expectations need to be reevaluated. Thanks to the store and good service.”
“Whoever was working this evening with dark hair and glasses was the best! I should have gotten her name but she was so incredibly helpful and nice to all of us and my wild (and misbehaving) children. She helped us find everything we were looking for and more! It’s really rare to find such kind and helpful people working retail. I thought the receipt would have her name but it is just a number. 286884. Thank you!”
“I recently bought a pickleball paddle from Gamma Sports and was pleased with their service. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me select a paddle that fit my playing style. They had a good selection of high-quality equipment. Overall, I recommend Gamma Sports to pickleball players looking for reliable service and gear”
“I came from out of town and looking for someone to hit with for two hours. The club was very accommodating to my request and I had the BEST lesson with Tom. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand his feedback. If you are looking to up your game, take a lesson(s) with him. You WILL improve your game. Trust me.”
“Century Sports is unequivocally the ultimate destination for top-notch "swag"! With exceptional owners who treat you like family, there's truly no better place. Our business wouldn't dream of choosing anyone else! Thanks Century Sports!”
“Usually come to Pittsburgh once a year for a home Penguins game. Thus, take the opportunity to feed my fandom at this shop.I’ve always appreciated regardless of what year I’m here; they are always welcoming, efficient and super helpful. Obviously, the short intermissions between periods can get crowded. Yet you can always easily find help if needed. The footprint is quite large and allows them to carry quite a variety of product. Full adult, youth, hat sections and anything you can think of in between. Lots of stock/sizes on hand. They also ensure there is something for everyone, in every price range, so yinz can leave happy.”
“I visited this Athleta location for the first time last weekend while attending a pop up event for pure barre Mt. Lebanon (fitness studio). Athleta hosted us to have a workout right in the store then opened an hour early to give us an exclusive shopping experience before opened to the public. They even raffled off a $50 gift card to everyone who attended the event and offered a 20% discount on everyone's purchased. Although I did not win the raffle, I was very impressed. Athleta has a great selection of Womens athletic apparel as well as everyday clothing. They carry children's clothing as well. The back of the store had some really nice items on sale, so if you're there, be sure to check that out. The restrooms were clean and the staff was great. They even have a nice modern water fountain where you are able to refill water bottles. I would recommend checking out Athleta if you're in need of some new lounge or workout clothes, or even if you just want to treat yourself for no reason at all!”
“Top notch customer service. I called in and asked if they sold allen wrenches. They didn’t, but a very nice sales associate Jacob asked his colleagues who ride bikes if someone happened to have some, he spent about 10 minutes asking everyone in the store, and, luckily for me, someone did! I was able to come in and borrow them, and it saved me a huge headache.”
“The personnel were helpful, their discount jeans are a good value... I hope. I wandered around the store while waiting for an appointment nearby and my impression is that the store is a bit cluttered with merchandise, though with Christmas around the corner having a lot of stock on could be a good thing. What I did find that was annoying was the lighting, the store is dim. The shelving to the right of the gun counter, the location of hunting etc supplies, NEEDS more light. Overall the store needs to rethink its lighting, it is poorly lit and made me reluctant to look closely at their stock.”
“Dicks has everything you could ever need but it's pretty pricey. We shop here with coupons or with discounts or during sales. The associates we passed were all so friendly.”
“I was assuming this place was gonna be a knockoff to Academy and Dick’s, and in a sense, it is, but I think their focus is better placed. They seem to be less concerned with fashion/lifestyle items and more directed towards actual sporting goods. Given that and the decent pricing on just about everything, I’ll definitely be coming around more.”
“I want to give a big shoutout to Ethan Jones in the Golf dept. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to select the right shaft for my broken club. I was given options and reasoning why each one would work in my favor based on the way I swing. I would highly recommend anyone that is on the fence about purchasing new equipment or modifying current equipment to ask for Ethan.”
“Great shop, they know about lacrosse, very helpful to get right gear. They are there if any issues occur. Don't go to Dicks or Amazon, support a great local company.”
