“We stopped by this location today to get some confusing holiday returns out of the way, to which the gentleman at the desk, Bruce (I believe his tag said assistant manager?) Was incredibly helpful and kind.This is a definite badge of honor to still be able to be labelled as kind and helpful during these crazy times. In a busy store, filled to the brim with customers in a rush, he was still incredibly helpful and kind, all the while grabbing phone calls, answering questions, ringing people up without a hitch.I definitely recommend this store and staff to anyone passing through the South Hills who might be in need of some footwear!”

“Since 2020, after having relocated to the South Hills, I have bought my last 5 pairs of running shoes at Fleet Feet. The folks who work at the store are knowledgeable about shoe/clothing brands and fit, and management of the check-out counter is fast and efficient. I am close to 80 and have never experienced any ageism, which exists at other stores that sell sports merchandise.”

“You can't go to Pittsburgh without seeing black and yellow everywhere. That also means Steelers, Pirates and Penguins gear. On our stroll of the "strip" we saw a great shop for all Pittsburgh sports gear. We also were curious about what a Yinzer even was. This store had everything you could imagine if you are cheering for the home teams. I was also surprised at how great the prices were. In Toronto, the markup would have been much higher for Leafs, Raptors etc. This is a definite place to go for all your Pittsburgh sports gear. The staff was very friendly and continued the vibe of our first visit to the city. Welcoming and real people.”

“Ray at Golf Specialtees is the best hands down. I brought him three titleist vokey wedges i wanted reshafted. Ray had the shafts on hand (dynamic gold s300 a popular shaft at that). He had my clubs ready in 2 days, when he said they'd be done, and to my liking. I will only go to Golf Specialtees for my golf needs going forward. Thanks again?”

I walked into the Steelers Pro Shop “just to look” and walked out dressed like I’m on the active roster. Coincidence? I think not.
This place has everything! ! Jerseys, hats, hoodies, gear I didn’t know existed but suddenly needed. The staff was super friendly and didn’t judge me when I said, “I’m only buying one thing” (a blatant lie).
If you’re a Steelers fan, enter at your own risk. Your wallet may take a hit, but your black-and-gold drip will be elite. 10/10 would financially recover again. ???”

“I personally had a good experience selling and getting a fair price for my autograph memorabilia. I see there was a bunch of poor reviews saying “rip off” but I called a day ahead, explained what I had/want for it. I came in the next day and negotiated and got a fair price most definitely. In and out about 5-10 minutes which is very convenient in selling old pieces I no longer wanted. I’d always want a higher price but when you’re asking stores to take your piece and flip the memorabilia on their own time I think expectations need to be reevaluated. Thanks to the store and good service.”
“This Rally House store sells fan merchandise for local sports teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, and Panthers. This store had a particular Steelers jersey in stock when other stores did not have it. The jersey had a good quality and a fair price. The employees did not make any mistakes with processing my transaction or with packaging the jersey.”
“Just wanted to take a minute and say “thank you” to Patagonia team (and Sarah) and company as a whole. We’ve had such great experiences with the staff helping us with kids’ outerwear. I have two sons both at which one point or another have lost coats/inner liner of a coat and/or damaged a coat that needed repaired. They have always gone above and beyond to make it easy for us to replace a coat or get one in our hands asap so my kids have what they need during the cold season. It keeps us coming back year after year because I know if anything happens, they have our back! Thank you Patagonia for caring about humans and not just profit ?”

“Anthony helped my significant other and I each do a (free) foot scan, and he spent a lot of time listening to us talk about what we were looking for in shoes and how our old sneakers did for us. He did a great job using the information from the scan and what we told him to recommend each of us 3 and 4 pairs of shoes to test. He was great, very easy to work with and he was able to explain everything easily to us. The store has a pretty good sized selection of shoes for women and men alike. We had a great experience and I got a new pair of shoes at a good price upon his recommendation ?”
“Today I limped into famous footwear after developing plantar fasciitis from my serving job. The cashier Cindy helped me so much finding good arch support shoes at a good price! She was SO kind! I really appreciated the help, I’ve never experienced this kind of pain before and she helped find a shoe I can walk more comfortably than I was before! (Compression socks not from there)”

“Usually come to Pittsburgh once a year for a home Penguins game. Thus, take the opportunity to feed my fandom at this shop.I’ve always appreciated regardless of what year I’m here; they are always welcoming, efficient and super helpful. Obviously, the short intermissions between periods can get crowded. Yet you can always easily find help if needed. The footprint is quite large and allows them to carry quite a variety of product. Full adult, youth, hat sections and anything you can think of in between. Lots of stock/sizes on hand. They also ensure there is something for everyone, in every price range, so yinz can leave happy.”
“The personnel were helpful, their discount jeans are a good value... I hope. I wandered around the store while waiting for an appointment nearby and my impression is that the store is a bit cluttered with merchandise, though with Christmas around the corner having a lot of stock on could be a good thing. What I did find that was annoying was the lighting, the store is dim. The shelving to the right of the gun counter, the location of hunting etc supplies, NEEDS more light. Overall the store needs to rethink its lighting, it is poorly lit and made me reluctant to look closely at their stock.”
“I was assuming this place was gonna be a knockoff to Academy and Dick’s, and in a sense, it is, but I think their focus is better placed. They seem to be less concerned with fashion/lifestyle items and more directed towards actual sporting goods. Given that and the decent pricing on just about everything, I’ll definitely be coming around more.”

“First off, this store is truly a boutique. If you are expecting to go in there and see piles of merch, then you need to head to the strip. This place is selling premium quality, limited run, 412 themed clothing and accessories. The store is laid out to be very clean and aesthetic to help shoppers truly see the quality and craftsmanship of the items. When you do find something that you like, you can ask the person working at the cash register about sizing and color options. It's a very chill store, with a very chill vibe. The last time I visited, we met an amazing rep that helped us out and sold me some absolutely stunning and surprising goods.”
