TJ was very helpful and even assisted me when I came after work without an appointment. They accommodated me with a different tire in the meantime, and in the end, everything worked out well and I now have the correct tire.”

“This Napa Auto Parts is running smoother than a freshly oiled engine. The place was organized like they hired Marie Kondo to personally alphabetize the spark plugs. I walked in kinda lost, couldn’t find what I needed, and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t just point vaguely like, “uhh maybe over there.” Nah. He went upstairs like a hero on a side quest, fought through the mystical stockroom jungle, and came back with exactly what I needed in hand.
But here’s the kicker: dude hands my daughter a popsicle. A. Popsicle. At an auto parts store. I wasn’t expecting frozen snacks in this side of heaven, but there it was. Like, who does that? A saint disguised in a Napa polo, that’s who.
And all this happened when I walked in FIFTEEN MINUTES before closing. Most places would have hit me with the “we’re closing soon” side-eye, but this guy was chill, helpful, and handing out popsicles like Oprah.
If every auto parts store was like this, cars would never break down again.
I wish I knew this gentlemen’s name so he could get the recognition he deserves. If he ever reads this: thank you, mysterious popsicle man of Napa, you’re a legend.”

“Great service... My car was sideswiped... hit and run... while parked. It was minor damage... broken drivers side rear view mirror and some paint damage. My insurance company recommended Faulkner. So I called them late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Dropped off car Friday morning. Service manager evaluated damage. Said it would take maybe a week to. to order parts and make repairs. With lifetime guarantee on workmanship and parts... Got my car back in Five days. Looks like new . Mirror (electric with sensors) works great.... In addition to repairs... Coordinating my picking up my car and my car rental drop off was the best part.I dropped off my rental at Faulkner and drove my car home. Didn't have to shuffle cars around or get some one to give me a ride. Everything was worked out between Faulkner. the car rental company and the insurance company. Everything was processed smoothly. They turned a bad experience into a very pleasant one....”
