“Great service... My car was sideswiped... hit and run... while parked. It was minor damage... broken drivers side rear view mirror and some paint damage. My insurance company recommended Faulkner. So I called them late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Dropped off car Friday morning. Service manager evaluated damage. Said it would take maybe a week to. to order parts and make repairs. With lifetime guarantee on workmanship and parts... Got my car back in Five days. Looks like new . Mirror (electric with sensors) works great.... In addition to repairs... Coordinating my picking up my car and my car rental drop off was the best part.I dropped off my rental at Faulkner and drove my car home. Didn't have to shuffle cars around or get some one to give me a ride. Everything was worked out between Faulkner. the car rental company and the insurance company. Everything was processed smoothly.
