As was foretold by their amazing recs, Austin's was excellent. They fixed the engine in less time and with less funds than had been estimated and they gave me a full, multipage review of everything they did. Then they called to follow up to make sure everything was going well! Amazing service and great workmanship. I grew up around mechanics and haven't felt this comfortable and taken care of since I was a child in the dealership my grandfather managed. Can't recommend them enough!”
“Highly suggested. I went there, asked for advice and they told me what the car needs. I already knew the prices and could completely compare how good they are to other car centers.
Very quick service, took only 2 hours to do couple of repairs for me and had to wait only for 2+ hours till they can get to my car since I was there in the middle of the day.
Did not try to sound smart and oversell what they do and were pretty honest.
I changed the car's rear pads and router and it is too soon to say how the quality of the materials are, but can definitely see the difference and how clean they worked.”

“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket
They were able to fix the issue

“These guys are the best! My JDM van needed a water pump, timing belt, and a bunch of other maintenance items that were coming due. Nobody else wanted to touch it. These guys, not only got me in right away, they got everything I asked done and went above and beyond to make sure my van was ready for whatever I want to do. They custom fit an aftermarket radiator, and found a dry rotted oil return off my turbo that would have caused a fire if left unaddressed. I'm so happy with their work, I'm going to have them refresh my old sports car over the winter.
