I use Truist often about once a month and everyone is always so helpful, especially Maria. She always asks about your day and is happy to help. I recently got married and today I went in to change my name and the manager Kaitlin was helpful and friendly, we even talked about my wedding! Highly recommend this branch.

The negative review doesn’t do this Branch justice. Jared and Laisha extremely helpful and professional. Thank you both for resolving our matter so quickly & smoothly.Also we called frm overseas 44-487-8478 to locate my old account frm Sun Trust, Leonard was extremely helpful and patient as well.
