“I have to say John McCabe is an asset to this Branch! I went in to try to get help because my identity was stolen. I spent 4 months trying to prove I don’t live in Philadelphia because I live in Bethlehem my whole life. It was right before Christmas 2025. I walked in feeling defeated until John asked if he could be of service. With a smile he brought me over to his desk. He heard my story and immediately asked for my documents and helped send them to the right people . John made my holiday because a week later they sent me a letter saying I wasn’t responsible and it was taken of my credit report! Thank you so much John you are an Angel?”

“Had interactions with a banker here maybe a handful of times, and every interaction was pleasant and professional. The counter staff are also very personable. They're doing a great job over there. This branch aside, I'm certainly a PNC fanboy. Couldn't be a more satisfied customer with their Virtual Wallet and their CashBuilder and Cash Rewards cards.”
“Never been in the place. But I did notice their Roman numerals at the top of the building. (I've uploaded a picture.) I can't believe they have not corrected this in 100 years. It seems they wanted 1872 (MDCCCLXXII) on the left which is written correctly. But I believe they tried to put 1925 on the right by engraving MDCCCCXXV but you never repeat a roman number more than thrice. It should read MCMXV. Anyone know the story behind this?”

“Great experience here with Jose. I had recently opened a new business and an account with Bank of America, who held my funds for 3 weeks before releasing them. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later.I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.”
“1st Class Service!! What an amazing experience I have had with Peoples Security, AGAIN!! We started to use Peoples Security with all of our business accounts and then moved all of our personal accounts over. They resolved our issue and then even spotted another issue and resolved that. We are so appreciative to them- they were kind, helpful, and thorough.
