4122 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem PA 18020
“These guys are wonderful! Mike, Damien, and Tim were extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional. I missed store greeters Plum and Howie, but their sterling reputations for hospitality are known far and wide. You can make an appointment to get individual attention. This is an oasis of an Apple retailer. Many thanks!”

“Alex and Natasha did an excellent job. When I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra, I called them right away, and they were very clear and precise about the repair cost. They provided me with a receipt that I needed for insurance purposes. I went home, submitted the receipt, and boom, I got my money back the same day. I left the phone with them overnight, and everything was fixed by the next day. I highly recommend their services. If you have any other tech products that you want to sell, they also purchase them. Instead of listing them on eBay, consider selling them here. Supporting local businesses, especially in downtown Allentown, is crucial for our community. I couldn't be happier with their service.”

“I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for being treated like a human being, having your questions answered without feeling like an idiot, and the job you asked to get done was actually done and done right! Honestly, the way I feel about this whole experience with this business, 5 stars doesn’t even come close to what this business deserves, more like 10 stars, plus!”

“Great selection of products. Customer service could have been better. I purposefully walked around for 30min and wasn't approached once. If it wasn't for the big selection of products I'd have given a 3 star rating.”

250 Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall PA 18052
“It’s not often I take a minute to write a review, but I had literally the best experience today at Lehigh Valley Apple. I was assisted by Jack who took the time to help me wipe my old mac and trade it in for a new one, answering all of my questions and just genuinely being a really cool and down to earth person— something you rarely find in customer service workers anymore. He was so nice and did everything he could to make sure I got everything done in a really short amount of time. When the mouse I brought in wouldn’t work, Mark came in to save the day by getting a new mouse connected and stuck around to make sure we got everything figured out. Both of these guys were super awesome to work with and so so helpful. I’d recommend this Apple store anytime as long as Jack and Mark are scheduled to be here. Thanks for the help guys— you’re the best!!”
