These guys are wonderful! Mike, Damien, and Tim were extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional. I missed store greeters Plum and Howie, but their sterling reputations for hospitality are known far and wide. You can make an appointment to get individual attention. Replaced my laptop screen and had it back to me in less than 4 days when apple estimated 10-12 days! Would recommend.
