“Came down to T-Mobile for a new iPhone17E and I had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah to getting me a new iPhone. No hidden fees, no hassle and no forcing any other devices on me to buy. Definitely recommend this T-Mobile. Thanks again to Jeremiah and helping staff !!!”

“Benjamin was the service tech from Astound. Great knowledge and eye for detail. He checked connections and found/replaced problematic RCN “mocha filter”, RCN ground wire connector and a RCN coax connector that RCN had not installed correctly previously. Additionally, he was even EARLY for the appt - a nice change from not showing up or being late (Astound tech was late for last week’s appt so we had to reschedule.) Benjamin gets five stars from me. Astound/RCN as an organization would get one star. Need more Benjamins!”

“Chris brought and installed a new Tivo box. He removed the old cable box that was outdated. He then showed all the features and how it worked. And he made sure we knew where all the buttons were for those features. This box is even several dollars cheaper then the older one and it hooks right in to the surrounds sound box.”
