“I’m reading these terrible reviews, and again, I’m not saying these people haven’t had bad experiences, but we were just there yesterday, and the respiratory therapist was extremely helpful to us.. Spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot the machine and he gave us a couple of different masks to try and other helpful tips, and it seemed to have worked.People have to remember, that the medical equipment business is really a difficult one. Improvement needs to be made across-the-board. And that includes with the Home offices and telephone customer service in general.”

“I'm having Total Back Reconstruction Surgery ,and the Dr wanted me to get a back brace from Trend Medical which is Delco Innovations. The young lady came to my home and fitted me with a back brace. Her name was Alicia Christ ,very friendly and knowledgeable in back braces. She even waited until I returned from Lankenau Medical Group in Plymouth Meeting where I was getting my cardiac clearance. I thought that was very nice of this sales lady to wait until I returned home. After fitting me for my brace, she showed me how to adjust the brace to my comfort zone. And she reminded me to bring it to the hospital, because I'll need to wear the brace after surgery. I would recommend this company any time.”
