Was really excited to check out this shop sadly the woman working was a real downer never greeted us then could barely look up from her phone to talk to us. We were made to feel like she wanted us to get out-we did!

I had a wonderful experience at the Steel Beam. I brought in a dress for alterations and the end result was exactly what I had in mind. I also purchased a beautiful, handmade necklace. The entire time the staff was knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
