They took my broken platinum engagement ring of questionable quality from a big online retailer and completely reset it in a beautiful quality 14k yellow gold setting that I can't stop looking at! Been very fond of yellow gold over the decade I've been married and they were so patient with me as I went back and forth in my head about fixing the platinum or just going with a whole new ring. I also thought the price was fair, even considering how expensive gold is lately. I was also able to sell the platinum to them to recycle which helped offset the cost.”

I found a similar battery at a nearby big-box store, Deb installed it and got the remote working again, and would not accept payment for her time & services. You simply don't find businesses like this these days! I absolutely, positively, had to get that remote working right away, and Deb saved the day.
