They had also come very highly recommended by the community as crowd-sourced on a friend's Facebook post. Shout-out to those who didn't gatekeep this great service!!
As was foretold by their amazing recs, Austin's was excellent. They fixed the engine in less time and with less funds than had been estimated and they gave me a full, multipage review of everything they did. Then they called to follow up to make sure everything was going well! Amazing service and great workmanship. I grew up around mechanics and haven't felt this comfortable and taken care of since I was a child in the dealership my grandfather managed. Can't recommend them enough!”
“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket

“I had a flat tire today, and they came and helped me and didn't want to charge me anything. I'm a senior citizen and would have had to wait over an hour for triple a aa. Very kind and nice, they were only going to charge me $10 and my friend gave them 20. Very nice wonderful people.”

“I went to this store for inspection and after making me wait for about half an hour store manager Joe told me that it would take more than 2 and a half hours. When I showed my dissatisfaction he said he was going to see what he could do but after making me wait for another 40 minutes he didn’t do anything and he didn’t communicate with me.
After this post the regional training manager called me and we talked. He is a real professional and was very kind. Therefore, I am editing this post.”

“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.”

“Stopped by M&W for concerns regarding my exhaust on my truck. Spoke with William and he was very accommodating and put my truck on the lift and confirmed I needed a muffler. Called today to follow up with the installation of the muffler. William said the muffler would be in today and asked if I was able to bring in my truck. My muffler was installed in a timely manner and everything was perfect. I even asked if they would install a new O2 sensor which I provided. Again, William and the team were very accommodating and professional.
I have some other exhaust questions for another car which I will return to have M&W address. Thanks guys for great service!”

“Thank you Josh, I had a blowout on my trailer (Tractor Trailer) I was on the shoulder of Rt.80 at the Delaware Water Gap and they sent me a message saying it would be about 2 hours before they could get someone out to me. Josh got there from another county and had my tire changed and me back on the road within the 2 hours they said it would take for someone to get out to me. After I explained the situation, the staff immediately checked my tire, diagnosed a slow leak, and walked me through several options.
