I just would like to give a shout out to a postal delivery individual named Sarah.
She has been delivering to our community for the past 4 years. Recently the other day I had a concern about a package.
Sarah handled my situation with professionalism while displaying a wonderful personality and attitude, unlike any others I have seen in her profession In my entire life.
Sarah went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
I wish there was an award or a commendation given out for individuals such as Sarah because without a doubt she deserves one.

The Worst Experience 😡 I Was Going To Let It Slide But No!! If I Dont Reported Nobody Will!!! The USPS Drive Stop Across The Street From My House And Send A Notification That My Adress Doesn't Exist!! Then They Had My Package On Hold. Next Day They Send Me A Notification Saying That They Redirected The Address And The Customer Agreed To It!!! WHAT? That's When I Showed Personally And Got My Package 😡😡 This Needs To Stop Please Report Everything

I had gone into this location to send out paperwork for my mother. We just lost my father in June. It was one of those sad days for me, and Nadia was so pleasant and helpful, she really lifted my spirits.

Another damaged package recieved. Was shoved so far into my mailbox I hurt myself getting it out.

This place is horrible, employees all have attitudes, understaffed. Wait time is ridiculous. They NEVER pick -up the phone for a simple question! Avoid at all costs!

Went there for my Passport. DONNA was the ONLY one who really helped me with the process, (smooth and efficient) and she is so kind.

Went here for passport photos and she did a great job taking those who had appointments and while also communicating with those that didn't that they would have to wait, but will get taken cared of.

Horrible customer service. They keep losing my packages. And the lady in the front doesn’t even try to see if it’s in the building. She told me to write my number on a piece of paper. And said “I can help whoever is next”. Very rude.

I travel from the city of Easton to this post office on Wood St Bethlehem because of the SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE I always get!!!! Been going here for years!!!!! Great work Ladies!!!!

Top tier post office! I ship plenty of packages out of this location alone with daily visits. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely helpful.
